We make every effort to describe our services, pricing and availability accurately. Prices shown are indicative ranges and may vary based on hair length, condition, product selection and the time required. Final pricing is confirmed in person before any service begins.

Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Where you contact us to reserve a time, we ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we may offer the slot to another guest. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of inappropriate conduct.

Please inform our team of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions or pregnancy before a service. While we follow strict hygiene and safety standards, you acknowledge that certain treatments carry inherent risks, and you accept these when choosing to proceed.

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major cards, UPI and cash. Gift cards and memberships are subject to their own specific terms, available at our front desk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodo Salon shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
